STEMC has made it easier than ever to pay and manage your electric account. We are proud to announce that we have launched a new member portal and mobile app offering payment features that you have told us are important. 
The new system will empower you to pay your bill online anytime, anywhere. 
You will need to create a new login when you register for the new system, but it is straightforward. 


Members receiving monthly bills will be able to:
• Sign up for recurring payments with Autopay.
• Review your current statement.
• View past bills and payments.
• Choose to receive notifications.
• Monitor your electric use.
• Make single payments without logging in.
• Make payments with our mobile app.
• Pay by check, credit or debit card with no fee.

FlexPay members will be able to:
• View past payments.
• Monitor your electric use.
• Make single payments without logging in.
• Make payments with our mobile app.
• Pay by check, credit or debit card with no fee.

The new payment portal and mobile app are secure and easy to use; however, you will still be able to pay by phone, in person at any of our five district offices, by kiosk, by mail or with our convenient bank draft program.
