Member Service Centers
Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation's corporate office is located in Brownsville, TN. However, our satellite member service centers are conveniently located in Atoka, Brownsville, Covington, Henderson and Jackson. All STEMC office hours are as follows: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Friday. Further, our offices are closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following day, and Christmas Day.
